Maintenance Request

The Association is responsible for maintenance of the exterior of all homes (excluding garage doors, entrance doors and windows) and the upkeep of the common facilities. Each year, when selected buildings are painted, an inspection is performed to seek out damaged woodwork, fences that need repair, faulty concrete, or any problem areas that are discovered.

Many times a general walk through or problems not obvious to the Board or contractor may be missed. If you have damage to your woodwork, common area maintenance issue, or any maintenance issue please contact Homestead Management at 303.457.1444 and submit a maintenance request. You may also download and mail the Maintenance Request form.
