Do you rent or are you a tenant at Minotaur Village? Do you have a copy of the Policies, Rules, and Regulations that explain the policies of Minotaur Village? All landlords are required to furnish a copy of the Policies, Rules and Regulations and governing documents to their tenants.

In addition, landlords are required to furnish emergency contact information to the Association regarding their tenants. There have been a few instances in the past where maintenance was required and no contacts were available. Also, you must provide a copy of the lease to Homestead Management within 10 days of signing the lease. You can download a copy of the Resident Registration.
