Use these forms to communicate your project, concerns, or issues to the Board of Directors or Homestead Mangement. Download, print, and complete each form. When completed, fax, mail, or email the form to Homestead Management. Forms that require signatures will need to be faxed, scanned and emailed, or mailed.
Architectural Improvement or Exterior Change—It is important to keep the elements consistent throughout the community. If you wish to make changes to the Limited or Common Elements (landscaping/buildings) you must submit an Architectural Improvement or Exterior Change form. These changes include garage doors, front door, windows, exterior lighting, antennas, or anything attached to the exterior of the building. Maintenance Request—Complete this form for work requests to the Limited and Common Elements of the property (landscape, buildings, fences, etc). To help keep up on maintenance, please report damaged or malfunctioning elements and general maintenance issues to the property management company. Download here ->>.
Resident Registration—Register you or your tenant's emergency contact information. It is pertinent to be able to respond to emergencies that require immediate attention. Any owner who leases their Unit shall be required, within 20 days of signing of said lease, to provide a copy of this registration form to the Managing Agent. The owner must also provide a copy of the lease with in 10 days of signing. Download here ->>
Authorization Agreement for Direct Payments—Complete this form if you wish to have your monthly assessment dues automatically withdrawn from your bank account. Draws from your account are processed on the 1st of each month. Download here ->>
Rules Violations Complaint—Association members and residents can report violations to the Board of Directors. To properly enforce the rules and regulations of the governing documents, clearly and accurately state each violation on the form. Your personal information is not shared with other homeowners or tenants. Download here ->>
