A property management company is contracted by the Board of Directors to provide such services as: collection of assessments, supervision of subcontractors, obtaining bids for subcontracted services, providing financial statements, and collection reports. The management company also helps facilitate communications between homeowners and the Board of Directors, in addition to serving in an advisory capacity. Always contact the management company with work requests, questions, and complaints. Board members meet with the management company once each month to perform routine tasks to make desicions regarding our community.
