Can I use my common area for storage?

While these areas are for your exclusive use, you cannot store personal items outside your unit. You must keep them inside, in the garage or in an off-site location. You may however have patio furniture on your deck or patio. But remember, no items shall be placed in front of entries or on the sidewalks.
