Minotaur Village is a condominium community located in Lafayette Colorado. The community consists of 114 individual units in 19 buildings. The community resides on 3.5 acres of land with paths, trees, lawn, and landscaping.
Minotaur Village Homeowners Association owns, operates, and manages the buildings, common elements, landscape, and improvements of Minotaur Village Condominiums. The HOA's purpose is to manage the daily activities, protect and enhance the property values of the each home in the community, and enforce the regulations stated in the governing documents. The Association charges reasonable fees for these services and use of the Common Area and to establish and enforce rules governing the use thereof.
The Association is responsible for maintenance of the exterior of all homes (excluding garage doors, entrance doors and windows), the upkeep of the common facilities, lawn care, tree trimming, snow removal, bookkeeping, account functions, trash collection, water utilities, sewer service, assessment fees collection, annual budget preparation, annual audit preparation, building and Common Area insurance, and related duties.
Minotaur Village is a member of the Neighborhood Watch program. Neighborhood Watch is a national crime prevention program that unites neighbors and builds partnerships between law enforcement and citizens. It is effective in helping to keep our crime rate well below the national average.
